Physical Education

In our Physical Education program from Prep to Grade 6, students will develop fundamental movement skills, teamwork, and a lifelong appreciation for physical activity. Younger students (Prep-Grade 2) will focus on basic motor skills such as running, jumping, throwing, and catching through engaging games and activities. As they progress (Grades 3-4), they’ll enhance these skills and begin to understand game strategies and cooperative play. In the upper grades (5-6), students will refine their abilities, participating in various sports, both in school and as part of our interschools sports program. Throughout all levels, the emphasis will be on developing a positive attitude towards physical fitness, encouraging teamwork, and building social skills through collaborative and competitive activities.
