On Thursday 20th March, the Year 4 students will be participating in an incursion to support their learning in Inquiry this term.

In Term 1, students have been learning about early explorers and the experiences of those on the First Fleet. The History Box will present interactive workshops with “hands-on” activities that engage all students. History Box presenters Barry Griffiths and Cynda Strange are both VIT registered teachers with a combined teaching experience of 50 years! Cynda is a specialist arts/drama teacher who will produce for students, a lasting impression of their experience. Barry has a passion for history and has travelled extensively and worked on a number of archaeological digs.

Please note as this is an incursion, students will be undertaking this learning experience on site.
